Contacting Gamefly Support: My kids put in a rental order for a game and we received it and just so happen the disc was damaged and unplayable. Of course, my son was discouraged and I said don't worry I'll contact customer support and see what they can do. This all took place on 12-16-09.

We are sorry to hear that the game, Left 4 Dead 2, was unplayable. We do inspect every game prior to sending out to our members to avoid this situation.

We will have a replacement copy of Left 4 Dead 2 sent to you. If the same title is not currently available, we will send you the next available title in your GameQ to minimize the time you are without a game. Once a game is shipped, we will send you email notification.
